Oversees and coordinates the clinical and business operations of Boys Town's Family Based Services in Iowa.*Coordinates and provides treatment and therapy to individuals/families with problems, i.e. child management, personal and family.*Coordinates, guides, approves and monitors family assessment and treatment plans; provides for regular review and updating of treatment plans, including practioner interventions and strategies.*Supervises, administers, monitors, and evaluates established treatment procedures for the program and develops new approaches for intervention as needed *Provides on-going, regular supervision of and consultation to all levels of staff within its operations. Accompanies family consultants in field, as needed *Provides direction for all case termination decisions *Maintains 24/7 on-call status for program support*Maintains the credentialing, licensing and fiscal solvency of the program and prepares/monitors the budget accordingly.*Audits records and protocol to ensure quality and adherence to credentialing/licensing requirements *Provides monthly and quarterly updates to evaluate on-going budget status *Develops program and maintains networks to provide sufficient fiscal support to achieve budget goals
