Served multiple positions on the Air Force Directory Services (AFDS) contract delivery team. On two separate occasions, I has led a team in the execution of AFDS duties. As the Development Team Lead, he managed the workload of a four to seven person team tasked with design and development of new or enhanced capabilities. As the Operations Team Lead, he managed the daily tasks of a ten person team. Their tasks included managing over 78 software platforms geographically separated at more than 12 locations.I led development efforts for multiple projects and services to include Email for Life (E4L) account provisioning and Automated Customer Recipient Process (ACRP). The E4L provisioning process receives inputs from multiple sources and uses those inputs to make a series of complex decisions. The outcome of the E4L provisioning process is an Active Directory account in the Air Force Network (AFNet) Forest with access to Air Force enterprise capabilities. The ACRP is an internet based tool for adding individuals to the Air Force Global Address List (GAL) and enabling easier communication to these individuals from Air Force locations.

Served as the Officer In Charge (OIC) for AFDS. Duties included overseeing the operational activities of the program, reporting status to superiors, and planning future system expansions. During this time Mr. Frame oversaw the upgrade of the Exchange Contact Information Synchronization (ECIS) system as it was consolidated into a single platform, Microsoft Identity Integration System (MIIS). This effort required coordination with the 12 Air Force Major Commands (MAJCOM), Staff Air Force, and multiple Combined Commands (COCOM).

Served as Officer In Charge (OIC) for the Software Development Team within the 82nd Computer Support Squadron (CSS). Coordinated the efforts of five disparate teams to ensure projects were delivered. This structure included a requirement and design team, a database team, a web development team, an application development team and a testing team. Oversaw the progress of various tools as the work was passed between the teams.Also during this time, managed the distribution of more than 110k smart card readers to 11 bases. This initiative was required to bring the Air Combat Command (ACC) into compliance with Air Force mandate to use strong authentication for network access. This task included briefing senior leadership on progress, risks/issues, and compatibility concerns. The status presentations ensured the deployment of the new capability did not impair the ability of the ACC to conduct its critical missions.
