My facility is a high speed metal stamping, flat sheet coating and flat sheet lithographic printing operation for food and aerosol packaging. Reduced our lithographic set up times by 35% using SMED tactics, reduced our lithogrpahic scrap rate by 25% and improved overall Lithographic Department Efficiencies by 21%. Current focus is within our coil / stamping department to reduce set up times, improve efficiencies and reduce scrap.I accepted a temporary one year assignment to help a struggling department in our largest facility located in Columbus, Ohio. By the end of 2021, we were able to secured a nine year contract to be Newell Rubbermaid’s prime supplier of canning bands & lids.
