Determining the problem and what the variations of the challenge is and then work toward options for creative solutions. Understanding how something works or how it goes together is the first step in understanding how it can be modified or upgraded. Learning from previous experiences is a strength that gives me an advantage over most in this field. A willingness to try new approaches to achieve a different result is something I strive to do on a daily basis. Building design is a service after all and I enjoy being a service provider. The business has changed significantly since I started almost 20 years ago and it will continue to evolve as I will with it.
