As an Estimator at U.S. Coatings, Inc. my primary job function is to develop highly accurate and timely estimates for a number projects across the United States. I am responsible for preparing labor estimates, cost, and materials required by analyzing drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation for various military and commercial projects.To ensure each bid is accurate and effective for US Coatings I start by gathering all available information and requirements; setting priorities for each item. Each bid is prepared in the same manner to ensure customer receives the most accurate pricing possilbe. Each project is planned and scheduled after intense specification review. Once all cost factors are identified, the information is detailed to the customer as a document in the form of bid proposal. US Coatings, Inc. takes pride in every bid proposal ensuring customer understand all the services that the company offers on each project.

1. Ensure conformance with all applicable regulations: OSHA 19.15, Environmental and other including staying current and ensuring compliance with emerging regulations2. Provide regulatory and quality support for development projects.3. Maintain and continually improve the documentation center and controlled documents including but not limited to: Standard Operating Procedures, forms, test methods and manufacturing instructions to ensure that clear, appropriate and current controlled documents are available for performance of standardized activities4. Review, provide input and approve annual training and skills development program of all staff at site.5. Review and approve quality agreements with customers and monitor conformance with agreed, customer requirements
