Current› Leading the Public Safety Technology division with ownership of enterprise data analytics, data science, police and fire department applications, 911 dispatch platforms, outdoor warning systems, audio/video recording systems, records management systems, fire station alerting, mobile computers, advanced crime analytics, and public reporting solutions serving over 740,000 metro residents.› Managing, mentoring, and developing a more highly skilled workforce of technology professionals in infrastructure, mobile computing, digital recording, telecommunications, business analysis, project management, and customer support.› Streamlining department processes and contract approval pipelines, managing smarter budgets, recruiting technology consultants to improve the technical competency of the City’s IT workforce, restarting stalled projects for public crime reporting and fire department scheduling, and evaluating 3rd party solutions to replace costly in-house systems.› Modernizing public safety technology platforms and executing roadmaps for interagency emergency communications while implementing enterprise data and analytics, cloud computing, infrastructure modernization, data center colocation, cybersecurity, and data governance.› Improving emergency responses and shared technology partnerships between federal, state, and local agencies.
