Oversee all incoming/outgoing feeds and broadcasts of over 4000 channels utilizing various technologies. Team Leaders are responsible for troubleshooting outages with Providers and various Technical departments in order to come to the quickest resolution possible. Responsible for escalation/paging to proper authorities within timelines set by Company.

Responsible for shift activities of daily broadcasting events spread over 800 channels in multiple regions utilizing server and satellite technologies. Correspond daily with Traffic department, Operations, Technical Services, Resource Scheduling, Program Providers and Program Preparation department on several scenarios as they arise. Troubleshoot instances.

Technical Operations Center (TOC). Monitored feeds with over 1200 wall monitors and 2,300 channels. The TOC continuously monitors channels for A/V quality. Assisted with updating SOP's, handled personnel issues, trained Operators and Team Leaders, filled in positions when short-handed, escalated outages to Directors when needed, contributed to operator.

Monitoring of all broadcasts and live event switching, BTV switching, entered data into Encoda Software, completion of all pertinent logs and recording events. QC’d PPV movies and commercials for content and audio discrepancies. I ingested commercials, PPV movies and BTV programs into SeaChange and Profiles.

Monitored broadcasts and Live event switching, including 142 San Diego Padres games yearly, bumping spots from SeaChange into DVS, completion of all pertinent logs, recording of live feeds, troubleshooting of all problems with feeds, training personnel, building daily program logs into Alamar automation software and striping tapes.

As a Supervisor, I was responsible for all material received and placed into inventory; picking of production orders. Upkeep of all receiving logs and running inventory into applicable software.
