Responsibilities include: - Writing business plans and driving marketing campaigns through online, social media, and print initiatives. - Create weekly forecasting reports and sales pipeline within established sales territories.- Generate competitive analysis reports and presenting to Sales Leadership Team.- Manage staffing, training, and establishing development plans for personnel. - Track and follow-up on complaints/escalations to ensure customer satisfaction goals are effectively managed.
