Today July 23, 2024 I received the wonderful and humbling news that I have been invited to join IEM team as a field service engineer. I'm excited for this opportunity and look forward to growing and learning new things with IEM.

Engineered, fabricated and installed facility systems and maintained them to be inspection ready.• Lead successful pool systems rebuild project, saving facility $50,000 in quoted contract labor by performing pool resurfacing (abrading, painting and refashioning expansion joints), mechanical rebuild of plumbing, electrical wiring installations and chemical feeder system configurations myself• Lead facility operational efficiency improvement initiatives, optimizing ongoing operational maintenance expenses by implementing liquid calcium hypochlorite and hydrochloric acid closed systems (replacing puck system and eliminating manual labor in replacing 15-gallon drums of acid), installing peristaltic pumps, as well as replacing lighting and toilet fixtures with higher efficiency options- estimated $4,000 annual loss savings• Rebuilt failed HVAC motor blower system and exhaust fans from shell up, sparing facility from contractor labor expenses.Working for the YMCA of Marysville was rewarding and educational on different levels. Earned CPO certification.• Responsible for maintaining chemistry, mechanical operations, plumbing and boilers for five different bodies of waterOversee lifeguard and various pool staff, train in CPR, ensure public safety, work with children to develop aquatics skills, maintain customer satisfaction in pools department. Earned Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
