Within the sample preparation laboratory, manage an automatous sample grinding system including operating and repairing to ensure all samples are ready for analysis in a timely manner.» Automatous Grinding System: Increased the grinding throughput of samples from 400 to 600 samples per 24 hours by scheduling/scripting and introducing additional modules.» Laboratory Start-Up: Launched a function proximate analysis laboratory within only three months, including calibration of seven instruments and method validation.
