Track and maintain clearance pipelines.Assist employees / candidates / consultants with completion of security paperwork.Coordinate with customers and other government representatives on security issues / actions.Develop and facilitate new employee security briefings, security indoctrinations, annual refresher briefings and debriefings of employees.Prepare and track visit requests and communicates with other facilities and individuals as needed.Respond to facility intrusion alarms.Manage foreign travel reporting process and briefing requirements as situations arise.Assist with Government Annual Reviews (Quarterly and Annual). Experience with DISS, e-QIP, NISS, and NBIS.Initiate security clearance requests, maintains records both hard copy and/or electronic, safeguards and ensures appropriate data is logged within the approved automated systems.Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.Conduct collateral security clearance briefings/debriefings and established/maintained security education program and briefings.Provide guidance to Facility Security Officers (FSOs), as needed, to meet security objectives.
