-Working collaboratively with the Mobile Payment team, vendors and 3rd parties to plan, control and deliver BRD’s for multi-national C2C, C2B, B2C and B2B Vodafone Money Transfer System, M-Pesa and working with the Product and Change Management processes, providing input to the product roadmap; negotiating with stakeholders to understand real underlying requirements and priorities.- Eliciting requirements from local market representatives and product experts; road mapping; analysing, validating and organising information with KYC data into business requirement documents; working collaboratively with Senior managers, Project Managers and SME’s; enabling FSI products to M-Pesa via API.- Creating AAD (Analysis Approach Documents), BRD (Business Requirement Documents), Prep Stage and FRS (Functional Requirement Specifications); defining references, glossary, scope, out of scope, RAID, business models, state diagrams, configurations, permissions, logging, archiving, reporting, AML impact, workflows, functional and non-functional requirements.

- Planning system flows for Mobile Internet Services, Mobile Internet Applications, Billing, Customer Management, Back Office Systems (Fraud and Collection), etc.- Designing user interfaces and liaising with business team.- Deciding on the right development methodology for projects depending on objectives, requirements, flexibility, size, experience, success criteria, stakeholder accessibility, team dispersion and sprint eligibility and following waterfall or agile models depending on project strategies and KPI’s.- Writing test strategy documents and test scenarios; performing SIT, interface, system tests and UAT using smoke, functional, non-functional, usability, destructive and regression testing types.

- Organization, coordination and control of all activities of the IT Security Office.- Establishing and maintaining of enterprise vision, strategy and programs that will ensure Business Information assets and Communications are adequately protected.- Leading the staff in identifying, developing, implementing and maintaining processes to reduce Information and Communications Technology (ICT) risks.
