Experience working within large, blue-chip medical device corporations (Medtronic/Covidien, Cardinal Health & Cordis) as well as early-stage start-ups (Access Closure, iRhythm Technologies & Venclose).RECENT STORY:Helped to build and grow Access Closure, Inc. from an early-stage start-up medical device company in early 2008 to a profitable, 100+ person sales team which delivered $90M+ in revenue. Served in multiple roles of increasing responsibility from District Sales Manager (North Texas) to Regional Sales Manager (Southwest) to Director of Sales (Western United States). Helped to lead the organization through acquisition and integration by Cardinal Health in 2014. Following the acquisition of Cordis by Cardinal Health in 2015, helped to lead integration efforts of combined ACI and Cordis sales teams into unified 200 person sales organization. Served as Director of Sales for the Western US for the newly integrated Cordis (a Cardinal Health Company CAH). Responsible for 6 person Sales Management Team, 60+ Sales Representatives and over $100M in annual revenue.In late 2016, joined Venclose to serve as VP of Sales and help lead strategy, develop a commercial sales team and launch Venclose RF Ablation system. Performed many of the first in human cases with interventionists while helping to secure seed funding to launch commercialization. Venclose was later acquired by Becton Dickinson in December of 2021. Beginning in May of 2017, joined IRhythm Technologies (stock symbol IRTC), a digital healthcare company, as a Sales Director. Working with an experienced leadership team to build a rapidly growing commercial sales team and deliver a suite of ambulatory cardiac monitoring services to hospitals and physician clinics. Helping to deliver consistent 30% + YOY growth to become a market leader in the space. In June of 2024 joined Endotronix as Area Sales Director for Western US: Endotronix was acquired by Edwards Lifesciences and commercialization of the Cordella PA sensor system launched in Q4 of 2024.
