I monitor the work of personnel responsible for the restoration, relocation and installation of departmental facilities, offices and special maintenance projects. I also serve as the Project Manager for all CAPEX projects, overseeing capital expenditures and ensuring they do not exceed the forecasted time.* Administer a $4.8MM facility budget, as a project manager and coordinator handling renovations, new facilities or major repairs and change order requests for modifications to construction.* Allocate a $15.8MM multi-regional budget, signing off on all work orders, mandating that facilities departments remain in budget, and also executing P & L audits accurately and efficiently.* Recognized a 28% reduction in facility department costs, reduced field costs by $7K per frac per month and ultimately saved about $420K in the first year of operation.

I served as the project manager for a new area of the base that was under construction with 23 different facilities from Medical, Maintenance Shops, and living quarters; I collaborated with construction companies as coordinator of deliverables for a $220M project. I oversee the daily operation of the facilities departmental services of the assigned area including facilities, construction projects, quoting, reporting, task forces, and process improvement. I supervised a staff of employees in the logistics.* Led 135 marines and 10 Navy personnel and oversaw operations as the Logistics Chief in charge of 16 bases/Forward-Operating-Bases.
