Founder

Technicolor Creative Bridge Video

With a vision on how the industry was transforming in reaction to digital technology and file-based workflows, I started a company called Creative Bridge in 2006, focused on building a market in on location production services. Technicolor Creative Services acquired the company in 2007 and hired me as the V.P./General Manager to build a business model with the goal of assisting production and bridging a workflow back to the core post-production business. Creative Bridge successfully launched a division that developed an on set color correction system, with a traceable color decision list, that would track through the entire post-production process from beginning to end, as metadata in the form of a CDL.xml file. On Location Services developed tools across the entire production chain that prepared content for the commercial, broadcast, motion picture, and web business units, and sold these solutions to the six major motion picture studios and independent production companies. Creative Bridge generated incremental revenue and helped capture back-end post- production services for the facility and produced the highest operating profit margins of any division, due to low capitalization costs and lower cost headcount.
