I work with a team of coordinators, judges, and partners to ensure the quality, consistency, and profitability of organized play activities. I also manage the communication, marketing, and feedback channels for the organized play community. With over five years of experience in the gaming industry, I have a strong background in business management, customer service, and Microsoft Office. I started my career as the owner of Versus Games, a local game store that I ran for five years, where I learned the ins and outs of the gaming business and developed my skills in event management, inventory management, and staff training. I am passionate about creating engaging and inclusive gaming experiences for players of all ages and backgrounds, and I enjoy collaborating with other professionals and stakeholders in the gaming field.
