Brian Gardner has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of program, project and construction management on large capital projects. His expertise encompasses all disciplines within project management and project controls, including procurement and contract administration, as well as budgeting and cost control, schedule control, design management, quality control and construction management. He is a principal in the recently formed firm, Cascadia Project Services Inc. Previously he worked 25 years for SNC-Lavalin Inc. (10 years with Pacific Liaicon and Associates Inc., which was acquired by SNC-Lavalin in 2001), where he was in charge of business development related to large public-funded infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on design-build and P3 project delivery. He has been a project manager and project director, providing expertise and leadership in the development and execution of management services on large multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects. He has the ability to identify the key elements of a project and his exceptionally strong organizational, planning and execution skills lead to successful project development and delivery. He is a team builder who can effectively communicate and liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders, bringing value-added solutions to projects.Since 2015, Brian has worked with clients such as MetroVancouver, BC Transit and Vancouver Airport Authority.
