My role was to impliment the regenaration programme following a successful large scale housing stock transfer focusing on financial inclusion, health and wellbeing, local employment, youth engagement, valuing older people.

I managed a section of people who were part of the bigger stock transfer team. My brief was to engage with City Council tenants offering them choice by prepairing them for the forthcomming decision to vote for a new housing company or remain as council tenants, this was carried out in a number of inivative ways that led to the successful large scale voluntery stock transfer later to become Parkway Green Housing Trust.
