Pavilion Construction was founded in 2007 by its two principle members, Derek Mannelin (CEO), Brian Gerritz (President), and Rob Olson (COO). It was their vision to establish reputable contracting services, ensuring quality asset delivery at unparalleled standards. In Pavilion’s early years, it held contracting licenses in three states: California, New Mexico, and Oregon. As project awards began to accumulate, Pavilion has been able to expand its presence to nine western states while strengthening its reputation with the services it provides.
