In 2011, Mr. Gibson joined as one of the founding management team of Del Mar Recovery Solutions. He is currently Senior Vice President of Operations at the Carlsbad, CA location for Resolvion. He is responsible for all the day to day aspects of operations, training and development. Mr. Gibson currently manages 75 employees as well as training and development of all employees across all centers.Mr. Gibson has been in the collections and skip-tracing industry for 19 years. He started off with one of the industries well-known third-party collection companies, ARS National Services, out of Escondido, CA in 2002. In 2004, Brian relocated to Jacksonville, FL and helped launch the Jacksonville site for ARS National as the Recovery Manager. Mr. Gibson joined PRA Location Services in 2007 helping to manage and grow one of the company’s largest clients.Seeking an opportunity to join Mr. Elias and his management team in 2011, he relocated back to San Diego for the start of Del Mar. He now remains as part of the management TEAM for Resolvion.
