Receive and handle art from clients, guide clients through frame design and choice keeping in mind best practices for conservation mounting. Create short term housing for art pieces during production. Manage both shop wide production timelines and materials inventory to keep frame production moving.

Provided on-site triage and consultation for art pieces effected by fire, flood, and other disasters. Provided packing and transport of art pieces to a climate controlled workshop. Inventoried, cleaned and restored art pieces ranging from works on paper and photographs to large sculptures. Oversaw delivery of pieces back to owner after restoration.

Responsible for meeting with the director and helping them solidify a look for the show, research of appropriate period and locations, and developing concepts for how the show works in three dimensional space. Also responsible for translating those ideas into readable drawings and renderings for use by the rest of the design team and crew

Responsible for one-on-one, in home client meetings to produce and sell custom organizational systems, client follow-up, and drafting technical drawings to be passed to the engineers for production.

Responsible for taking clients step by step through the design of the room being worked on, listening and responding appropriately to concerns and objections, following up with both the client and the contractor to make sure material arrived properly, answering questions about material and installation techniques
