Duties include merchandising of the store, merchandise sets, and dock to stock processes. Other duties include customer service, managing a staff of over 20 people, hiring and training of personnel, cash management, expense control, payroll management and furniture sales.

Responsible for hiring and training of staff, merchandising of Sales floor, store operations, customer service, human resources, and currently a member of a training store responsible for training new managers and assistant managers.
