While working on a sand dredge in 1996 .We would install rip clips in the conveyor belts. Then in july 1999 started working at Belt Tech. I started working on belt crew by Sept. Went to 5 star mining in 2001 working as a roof bolter and vulcanizing belts on the weekends. In Dec of 2005 I went back to Belt Tech to manage the Under ground splicing. In 2012 I became the Service Manager for Indiana. Over the years I have done over 1000 vulcanize splices. Pulled on 7 slope belts and did vulcanize splices over 9 ft long. With my current position I go look at jobs quote and set them up then assemble crew once job is completed I take care of invoicing.
