Northwest Arkansas is home and has been since 1976. Graduated from U of A in May 1992 and started in banking a week later. Still at it...was with Arvest Bank for 13 years and then moved to Legacy National Bank when they began to work on their new charter in late 2004. Lots of time spent in all areas of lending in days gone by...have helped in areas of retail and operations as well. Had the chance to help manage Bank of Gravette after Legacy purchased it in 2018, and really enjoyed being in a small bank while we worked to merge it with Legacy in 2021. Love being part of a team where everyone is pulling on the rope the same direction. Love to encourage, coach, and mentor staff! Looking forward to helping Legacy develop ways to further our emphasis on our own culture, developing existing and new talent, and being a resource however needed by using many years of banking experience. Life is about relationships...in all areas!
