Transitioned NextLight payables and purchasing into First Solar.

NextLight was a private equity funded solar development start-up. Responsibilities included budgeting, cash flow, project costing and accounting, financial reporting, annual audit, and tax. Set-up project cost and financial reporting system. NextLight was sold to First Solar, Inc. in July 2010.

Tatum is financial service consulting practice. The practice included salaried consultants that provided controller-type services on an interim basis. My engagements included acting controller responsibilities for an acquired home theater products company and interim controller for a bio-diesel company.

Nano Coating Systems was a start-up capital equipment manufacturer. The company was in their design and testing phase of product development. Responsibilities included cash flow, accounting, insurance, and safety. Installed accounting system to support complex bill of materials.

Niles Machine was a precision machining company that provided machined parts principally to the semi-conductor equipment manufacturer's market. Successfully managed cash flow during annual sales growth from $6M to $24M. Arranged $5M in Industrial Bond Financing for construction of a new facility. Negotiated over $12M in capital and operating leases as well as sale of company in March, 2005.

SBE was a computer board products company with both design and manufacturing capabilities. Directed all administrative functions including accounting, legal, investor relations, tax, SEC reporting, and budgeting.

Conducted multiple audits for public and private-sector clients primarily in the manufacturing area.
