Provide focused functional and technical expertise during the planning, design, development, implementation and operation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 through the following:• Apply Agile methodology to examine business/functional requirements (user stories) and define how the system can deliver the required functionality. Determines the reporting, technical, interfacing, configuration and operational requirements and constraints of the solution. • Offer standard AX functionality solutions where possible or identify Microsoft Dynamics AX system or requirement gaps and design a solution with developers or technical architect. • Communicates design to business partners, users and others on technical team.• Work with developers during development and QA of code.• Assists in data conversion and training/transition or roll-out phase of a project• Serves as 2nd and 3rd level support for users with problems with system functionality. Can escalate to the technical 3rd level support or make direct contact to the vendor.

Provide overall support for business processes at Beehive Clothing, specifically those pertaining to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. Identify, analysis, definition and testing of new and expanded functionality, corrective actions to existing processes and refinement of processes to achieve performance improvements. Work across multiple work groups and divisions from high level overviews down to detailed work-level tasks. Currently project lead for Microsoft Dynamics 2012 implementation in international manufacturing plants.

Position dealing with special projects in each functional area at Beehive Clothing and helping during the hardening period after ERP implementation; including inventory discrepancy resolution, supervising a production line, supervising the warehouse area and process documentation.

Developed monthly and weekly production schedules for international operations, Ran Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to support production plans using Microsoft Dynamics AX, Created purchase orders, Coordinated raw materials for new product implementation and for products being discontinued including new item set up in AX, Helped develop Bill of Materials for ERP implementation, Helped define requierments for ERP impmentation. Input sales orders for raw material and cut goods into AX and coordinated their delivery, Coordinated production and material needs regularly with international locations, Worked closely with Purchasing and vendors.

Completed internal shipments of all sales orders for international production facilities including: coordination and fulfillment of inter-departmental sales orders for cut goods, fabric, trim items, raw materials, etc., packaging, scanning, and reconciling all shipment data, compiling of international shipment documentation (bills of lading, commercial invoices, shipper's export declaration, DG docs, etc.), coordinating with 3PLs and other logistics providers, working closely with purchasing, accounting and planning, attending regular video operations meeting with international staff.

Worked in fabric finishing area doing the following: checked daily production schedule and received instruction on where I needed to be, prepared tubular knit fabric for scouring and bleaching (turning), ran fabric through scouring process, ran machinery that added fabric softener to fabric and began stretching it to the right width, ran fabric through industrial dryer, ran machine that preshrinks fabric (compactor).

Headed a crew that took care of specialty jobs and installations. Made sure work was completed on time and efficiently, helped in bidding process for new jobs, organized labor force and assigned work daily, assured finished work was reported correctly for billing, performed regular inspection of work sites.
