we deliver industry recognized Mobile Equipment Operator Certification training. We offer certificate courses in the following: Forklifts, Aerial Lifts, Mini/compact Excavator, Skid Steer Loaders and Front-end Loader backhoes.Our training courses utilize the industry leading IVES Training System. This system ensures that each trainee is evaluated on both their theoretical and practical knowledge. This system leaves each new operator with the necessary confidence and skills to complete their jobs safely and efficiently.

As a BladeRunners Coordinator I was responsible for recruiting at-risk youth to participate in an employment training program. Typically this includes one-on-one employment counselling sessions to determine their needs and readiness for training. Additionally, I delivered job readiness and certificate training in a classroom setting. Further, I worked as a job coach to assist the clients with their job finding efforts.

As a the Metis Skills & Employment Centre's coordinator I was responsible for the day to day operations. Additionally, I supported the program managers and administrators with their program needs.

As the MNBC ASETS program assistant I worked in a supportive role to the MNBC Director of Employment & Training. This role included duties such as client monitors, answering general inquires and administrative activities.
