I look forward to new challenges whether they are work related or personal growth. I enjoy learning new analytical tools and become a strong asset to my team and the organization. I also take time off to learn about other people and their unique ways of life through travel. After I graduated from Augsburg University, I started my career as a Data Analyst Associate in the healthcare industry. In 2016, I transitioned to the banking operations with a focus in business metrics and process improvements utilizing Lean Six Sigma. I joined Optum's Talen Analytics team in the Fall of 2018. For the past four years, I have served as a board member to La Oportunidad, a non-profit organization that offers human service programs to the Hispanic community in the Twin Cities.I do my best to stay active by playing recreational soccer and softball. I also take time to volunteer at the Animal Humane Society in a Dog Adoption Support role.
