From July 2020 - present managed condominium buildouts, Condominium 40 yr certifications, condominium remodels, condominium building repairs, SFR remodels and additions.Responsible for communication to all stakeholders, work closely with the architect and engineers to ensure the efficiency of any project, creating and maintaining a budget, material procurement, establishing scope, cost, and time baselines along with ensuring the project stays within those baselines, responsible for all regulatory guidelines (knowing, understanding, and compliance with those guidelines), submitting, obtaining, and closing of any permits required by the different municipalities, full understanding of Miami-Dade County’s stringent codes and their Notice of Acceptance (NOA)requirements, bid out for any sub contractors required, direct communication with subs for scheduling, scope, and quality assurance, project reviews to determine best practices.
