    Under the supervision of two Strategic Sales Managers, I underwent SalesForce Training and a thorough overview of the firm in a sequence of multiple roundtable sessions led by various employees.I was responsible for multiple regional zoning projects that assisted the external wholesalers when they went to close a deal made by the regional consultants via phone. Training consisted of learning about specific funds in Fixed Income and High Income within both the Retail and Institutional sides of the Client Group. Presented to the CEO of Institutional Investments, the Head of North American Institutional Investments, a line of Strategic Sales Managers and a few Regional Consultants on a specific fund- I chose unconstrained bond which was a new non-traditional bond fund designed to have low correlation to traditional asset classes and low volatility in times of rising rates, which differed from competitors' unconstrained bonds which typically act as high yield. Presented to the same group on a millennial project that challenged us to find strategies to encourage students in our generation to invest early on; our main focus was the idea of delayed gratification and its benefits. Presented on the evolution of the investment landscape and how the changes have sculpted the modern day industry. This company taught me how to comply with its culture and act under their four pillars: Relentless, Ingenious, Team-Oriented, and Accountability (which we also presented on and gave specific examples of displays of these characteristics).
