Responsible for the governance and oversight of PepsiCo’s International Benefits programs across all global sectors. Programs include: Expat/TCN Medical Benefits, Global Business Travel Accident Insurance, Employee Assistance Program and the Travel Emergency Assistance Program.

Managed PepsiCo's relationships with Strategic Benefits Providers. Provided negotiation support, managed contract and renewal processes and tracked vendor performance against Service Level Agreements.

Provided strategic guidance to and oversaw the day-to-day responsibilities of four teams (Corporate Card Services, Cash Application, Full Service Vending and Accounts Payable) - three direct reports, including two managers.Interpreted and upheld all PBC policies pertaining to Corporate Card usage.Lead the initiative to increase P-Card spend by $37 million, resulting in an incremental rebate of greater than $600M.Improved controls surrounding the Travel and Entertainment processes, leading to a 25% decrease in T&E violations.Drafted and managed the transactional component to PBC's Purchase to Pay, Sarbanes-Oxley narrative.Established policy violation guidelines, to better communicate violations and engage the appropriate parties.

Reviewed all processes relating to Accounts Payable, Accounting Services, Reporting, Analysis and Customer Service in order to increase the efficiencies and ultimately reduce headcount and implement cost savings measures.Utilized Business Intelligence Tools, such as Business Objects, MS Access and SharePoint to streamline processes, establish better communication and increase productivity.Resulted in a reduction in costs of $750M and headcount of 12 FTE's.

Utilized profit hurdles to solidify and implement a proposal to increase minimum commission payments; the result of which was, a $2 million savings to PBC - Lead the initiative to remedy and eliminate a $5 million short payment risk, stemming from a long term system limitation (Awarded 2008 ACE Award)- Lead the initiative to replace the existing commission system with a more robust, streamlined system (Awarded 2009 Rules of the Road Award)

- Provided logistical guidance to the Transport Managers and National Transport Team- Identified gaps in PBC’s Transportation reporting. Developed a tool used to calculate Transportation Cost per Mile, as it pertained to company owned and common carrier equipment, for each location. This tool was used to more accurately forecast spend, formulate savings initiatives and cut costs out of the process- Established an Optimal Routing Tool, to identify the most efficient and cost effective use of PBC’s transport fleet

Developed and utilized an Equipment Aging Tool to identify equipment that was scheduled to retire within five years. This tool helped to establish replacement budgets and forecast repair and maintenance costs.Created a Fleet Equipment Specification database and Resource Center to assist with the development and communication of the annual Fleet spec and pricing. This database resulted in the reduction of over 100 work hours from the annual Fleet Spec Process.Ran spend compliance and trending analysis to assist the Fleet Managers in maintaining their budgets and to ensure appropriate distribution of equipment.

Ran volume/spend analysis for Raw Material and Marketing Equipment commoditiesCompared volume actuals to forecast on period by period basis, to ensure appropriate volume obligations were met.Ran rebate reconciliation analysis stemming from confidential pricing variances.

Conducted Kronos Application training for over 350 Managers and Administrators in 72 Pepsi locations on the new time management system.Tested configuration of new system to ensure accurate time management and reporting functions.Validated accrual configuration to ensure all PBC employees would be allotted appropriate Vacation, Sick and Personal time.
