I was responsible for overseeing a facilities management contract for one of EDS/Credit Union Services Division's largest client as well as several other EDS Credit Union clients. I was responsible for client satisfaction, service agreement provisions, pricing negotiations, sales growth, product penetration and complete contract oversight while managing a $2+ million annual P&L. I maintained a two-year sales pipeline and met projected sales goals. During my tenure with EDS, I managed and provided executive IT support for two additional credit unions over a three year period, as well as serving as a Sales Engineer, Project Manager, and Sales Support. As part of the contract, I acted as the senior IT Executive for my client and assisted them in strategic and business planning. I also managed and oversaw two Credit Union clients’ core system conversions.
