With more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to the growth and success of several companies. As a C-level Executive, I firmly believe that building strong teams and fostering individual growth are key drivers of business success. I am committed to empowering people within the organization, helping them develop their talents, and creating an environment where they can thrive. I began my journey as Director of Business Development, where I led key partnerships and strategic deals, and have since progressed to my current role as President and CCO of Breckenridge Pharmaceutical, the American subsidiary of Towa International. Throughout my tenure, I’ve spearheaded efforts to strengthen our market presence in North America, expand our product portfolio, and cultivate lasting relationships with key stakeholders. My passion for strategic thinking, and nurturing diverse teams continues to fuel my commitment to excellence, ensuring that we not only meet business objectives but also help our people grow and build the best team possible. As a leader, I believe there is a fine line between the personal and the professional, one so thin that it’s impossible to truly separate them. This belief led me to study psychology and later organizational sciences, allowing me to first focus on people and then on the business itself. For that reason, I bring my life’s purpose into my work, into my team, and into those around me. I believe it’s essential to establish a purpose at the heart of the business, because without it, it’s just a business without a soul. My goal is to ensure that everything we do is driven by a deeper meaning—one that inspires and connects us—giving our work true value beyond just the bottom line.
