Brian H Williams is the founder of INVOLVE. He began his career working an internship at an artist management company which at the time managed 3 of the top multi-platinum selling artist in R&B music during the 90s. This is where Brian sharpened his skills of strategic planning, brand management, product placement & marketing. He then became an independent A&R & Marketing Representative working with two major record labels over a 10yr span. In addition, Brian and his business partner promoted several major concerts in the Philadelphia area with top music artist. Brian has also consulted in the REAL ESTATE industry. He served as the VP of Business Development for Royal Bay Mortgage ,Investor Specialist at Sherman Toppin Real Estate & Law Firm & CEO of PGE LLC.  Brian has also held positions at the technology company Broadview Networks and serves as a Strategist at SHBC a faith based organization.
