A team player, Brian holds an excellent track record of strong working relationships with owners, architects, and engineers, resulting in successful construction experiences.With a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology from Purdue University, Brian has worked in construction, development, and construction management for 14 years, starting with Regal Homes and Preferred Builders, he later launched his own company specializing in residential new construction and commercial buildouts in the Minneapolis area. Brian’s other career highlights, 15 years of experience in Real Estate and Real-estate Management. Brian has 3 years as Partner and office Manager of an EXIT Realty Franchise. Brian also has a broad background in special construction scenarios, including design-build, cost plus fixed fee, and hard bid. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to build commercial kitchens, shipping and receiving centers, production centers, office space, spa’s, restaurants, and nightclubs. In the residential market Brian has worked from raw land through development and final single family home constructions up to $1,300,000.00.
