My previous role at Delta Faucet Co utilized my eCommerce knowledge, skills and leadership to grow the .com portfolios of Home Depot, Lowe's, Menards, Walmart and Clubs.I'd like to work in a healthy environment that appreciates my skills and offers avenues for growth. My goal is to consistently build, support and maintain strong partnerships with our merchants, which involves effective communication, listening, finding solutions and facilitating collaborative efforts. I push myself to make sure our merchants are performing well, because when they’re successful, we are successful.I thrive on having the autonomy needed to start a project from the very beginning, and then see it through all the way to the end. I always feel a great sense of accomplishment when I work with our retailers on any given initiative to investigate options, negotiate the details and then see it succeed.
