About Brian Haddix

I have the pleasure of leading dynamic teams with a passion for their cities. Team Sanger grew the city to become the "14th Best City for Young Families in Northern California" (Nerdwallet). Through a three way partnership with a community college and local manufacturers, our residents learned the industrial skills in demand by local business. This program garnered the prestigious Helen Putnam Award of Excellence by the League of California Cities. Both cities saw a significant drop in municipal operating expenses after shifting electric power supply over to solar arrays, then used that savings to improve infrastructure, including new well and water storage tanks -- without raising local utility rates. Through economic incentives, both cities saw a jump in housing construction and retail development, helping build their tax base.
