Manage and direct the product design and development teams to support RippleWorx’s software development

As a Project Manager and Product Owner for Haufe I work closely with large global partners to strategically manage their requirements and expectations to support and on-time successful delivery of software and professional services. Utilizing strengths in communication, expectation alignment, in-scope and budget delivery, and scheduling, I work with our partners to meet and exceed expectations to deliver an impactful product to their workforce. In addition to project management duties I support product development of new and existing products within the company. With some of our larger partners I support the co-creation development process (partner and client created products), which are major projects within product management and customer requirement gathering themselves. Our approach involves looking at people and systems together, to provide a solution that empowers companies and their people with solutions that improve their day to day lives.As a Product Owner I work with our development teams to organize, prioritize, and delivery features to the Talent Experience Platform. Working closely with the Product Management team, we create the vision and roadmap, which is then broken down into the features to be organized and delivered. A major part of my role is ensuring the stories and issues are appropriately scoped and detailed enough for the product development teams to deliver. Additionally I conduct sprint, bug, and other necessary reviews to adjust and adapt to changing needs of the teams, but ensuring appropriate delivery aligned with Product Management expectations.

Support operations management for a design team group inthe Redstone Test Center Missile and Sensors Test Director. Work directly with the MSI Design Team Government lead and design engineers to build, track, and execute design efforts for the directorate. Implemented process controls, project management methodologies, and other governing tools to increase the efficiency, visibility, and productivity within the team.

Directly supported day to day operations and functions of the CEO and President, ½ administrative and ½ special projects, of ERC. Worked with the Executive staff to coordinate, manage, and track internal projects and initiatives for the company. -Support the Executive Staff in coordinating, scheduling, and tracking projects-Work with the Programs Managers to support the tasks that needed to beaccomplished for Headquarter Operations to provide best in class service to ourcustomers

Worked to support the Missile and Sensors Branch for Redstone Test Center. Main responsibilities included tracking, maintaining, and accounting for more than 40+ Million dollars worth of test equipment. Also supported day to day testing from the logistics standpoint of transporting testing material and weapons into position.

Supported the MSTD Test Officers in day to day testing and communication.
