• Oversee the management of the Account Service Team for all WarnerMedia Linear platforms• Maintain efficiency and consistency of the client service provided to the advertising agencies that purchase media plans on our networks and trouble shoot large service initiatives• Career path staff to various departments within the company• Liaison for project development, integration and enhancement

• Ensure that the day-to-day operations of the News Service team are running smoothly, that accounts are properly managed and that the team is performing to meet both individual and team based goals • Works to prevent/resolve personnel and staffing issues• Acts as a liaison between the Account Service team and the following groups: Ad Sales, Site/Editorial, Strategic Planning, Ad Ops, Invoicing and Credit to aid in resolving daily issues• Represents the Account Service team on projects regarding new applications, processes and procedures• Responsible for hiring and performance evaluations; continuous education and mentoring of Account Service staff, prioritizing workflow among Account Service Representatives; and maintaining agency contact with personnel in various departments such as buying, accounting and traffic

• Responsible for all aspects of account management working directly with assigned corporate accounts, advertising sales teams, strategic integration, operations and accounting• Serve as the first line of contact with internal and external entities to ensure the proper maintenance of Turner’s multi-million dollar advertiser schedules from proposal to payment• Responsibilities include booking advertising schedule requirements through analysis and distribution of commercial airtime across specific brands and data based on advertiser’s marketing and budget needs. Perform analysis and implementation of plans to adjust for account’s impact on proposed audience• Oversee $7.5 million of revenue per year
