Provided exceptional scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for a Cavalry Troop consisting of eight Bradley Fighting Vehicles, eleven Scout Humvees, and nine support vehicles. Maintained a 95% readiness rate throughout two training deployments, six gunnery ranges, and annual services. Maintained 100% accountability of over $7 million worth of tools, vehicles and test equipment. Provided supervision and leadership to two Non Commissioned Officers and mentorship to seven Soldiers.

Supervised all aspects of training for Military Occupational Specialty 91M – Bradley Fighting Vehicle Maintainer. Created, installed and validated technical faults in vehicles to allow for realistic training for students. Reformatted and revised 51 training support packages that improved and updated all classes to the current digital A3 BFV version. Input training support packages into the Army’s new Training Development Capability online database.
