Mr. Hall is a Professional Engineer (P.E.) and Certified Construction Manager (CCM) with over 27 years of experience in providing professional services for the delivery of civil infrastructure projects. His background is focused in providing construction management and commercial advisory services for the public sector and private clients, with experience in various project delivery methods for complex projects and programs including Agency CM, General Engineering Consultant (GEC) services, Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) and Design-Build utilizing Comprehensive Development Agreements (CDAs) and Public-Private Partnerships (P3). As an active member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), Mr. Hall previously served as the South-Central Texas Chapter President and also as CCM Chairman for the chapter, mentoring CCM candidates. He also serves as an SME course instructor for the CMAA Standards of Practice (SOP) classes, specializing in CPM schedule training.
