With a solid track record spanning over 19 years, my journey from owning a small business to Managing Partner at Longhorn Steakhouse to my current role as General Manager at Cracker Barrel has equipped me with a robust skill set in business analysis and HR policies. At the core of my professional ethos lies a drive to solve problems and create plans to achieve desired results. I have been actively managing a staff of over 100 employees everything from Interviewing, onboarding, development, training, disciplinary actions, scheduling, HR. motivating, auditing and much more for the past 6 years. For 19 years I have been financially successful hitting budgets and operating income goals through data analysis and identifying areas to save capital. I have extensive experience in maintaining the facility including creating and implementing cleaning schedules, trouble shooting HVAC, Electrical and plumbing issues and determining a course of action. I have been the face for whatever business I am in and can easily and professionally communicate with a wide range of people from different backgrounds.
