After graduating high school, I accepted a full time job as a welder. I quickly learned that I needed more experience and knowledge if I wanted to advance my career. I enrolled in a school for welding and graduate at the top of my class and I was awarded outstanding student in welding and blue print reading.I was hired by Kutzner Manufacturing in 1983 as a full time welder. In two years I was promoted to the lead man of the weld shop. In the late 80's I want back to school and started taking classes in auto cad for design and drafting. I was promoted again by Kutzner Manufacturing in 1991, to detail and process the work prior to being released to the shop floor. In 2001 I was promoted to sales and estimating. Current responsibilities including researching and finding new customers, estimating material and labor cost and finding sub contractors to perform work not suited to our shop.Specialties: drafting and design, of weldments and fabrications.
