• Manage a team of three asset managers and finance professionals overseeing Low Income Housing Tax Credit equity investments• Promoted to lead one of two teams that manage single investor relationships, which represent the majority of the company's fundraising and deal placements going forward• Current portfolio is comprised of approximately 100 properties with 7,200 units and total invested equity of $650MM• Oversee all aspects of asset and financial management for portfolio including construction and lease-up monitoring, release of equity installments, debt sizing, refinancings, operational reviews, workout plans, legal issues, and investor watchlist reporting• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, management agents, lender representatives and local officials within the portfolio• Conduct site visits to evaluate the physical condition and management of properties• Responsible for the hiring, training, mentoring, performance reviews, and professional development of the team• Member of seven person group selected to help design and develop an expansion of the company’s existing asset management software to improve portfolio-level analysis. Worked closely with software engineers for two years prior to implementing the software company-wide.
