Manage a staff of 25 technical writers responsible for the technical publications for the Abrams Main Battle Tank and its derivatives, and the Stryker Family of vehicles. Products include Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals produced for EMS-NG viewer utilizing MIL-STD-40051-1B, as well as paper publications such as MWOs, NMWRs, Technical Bulletins, and contractor format publications. Also responsible for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer publications for GDLS products sold to Egypt, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Australia and Iraq.

Responsible for working with department manager and assigning work elements to various volume leads. Coordinated deliveries and worked with support departments to maintain workflow through technical art, TM validation/verification, and quality assurance. Also was primary resource for quality, MIL-Spec questions and writer training.

Responsible for the writing and development of the Operator Technical Manuals for Abrams tanks. Authored content in Arbortext/SGML, developed art go-bys and performed page layout/pagination for MIL-STD 38784 format manuals. Also responsible for writing assignments and work quality for up to three writers assigned to the group.
