Sales responsible for customers within the food industry, including following tasks.- Consulting the customers to find the best solution.- Visiting customers, existing as well as potential.- Negotiation of contracts.- Making customer analysis, pricing and quotation.- Building of strategic relationships.Furthermore, I was responsible for planning our participation at fairs, in close collaboration with the marketing department.

Responsible for following tasks.- Technical support for the customers in Denmark.- Consulting the customers to find the best solution.- Sizing of electrical motors.- Making quotations and following up, in collaboration with the sales responsible.- Troubleshooting and handling of claim and warranty cases, including contact to the factories.- Educating the customers and colleagues.Furthermore, I was the local responsible in the implementation of a new claim system, including feed-back to the project manager, educating colleagues in the system and coordination of various activities.

Responsible for following tasks.- Technical support for the customers and distributors in the scandinavian countries.- Consulting the customers for process equipment within the food- and pharma industry.- Sizing of process equipment, like heat exchangers (PHE and THE), pumps, valves and tank equipment.- Making quotations and following up, in collaboration with the sales responsible.- Troubleshooting and handling of claim and warranty cases, including contact to the factories.- Educating the customers, distributors and colleagues.Furthermore, I participated in various projects within the group. Among other an improvement project for quotation and a project about claim handling.
