Brian Hansen has over 38 years of Real Estate acquisition/manager experience. Mr. Hansen’s Right-of-Way experience includes all aspects of the acquisition management process including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and coordinating. His experience specifically includes negotiations; relocation: oil/gas/ditch acquisition administration; preparing reviewing, and managing real property appraisals; directing and coordinating title work; preparing and conducting of closings; managing 21 court condemnations; designing, implementing, maintaining, and final reporting of right-of-way data base.Right-Of-Way Projects: Consultant, then employee for the E-470 Public Highway Authority, a 47 mile tollway around the east side of Denver from 1987 to present. Involved in Segments I, II and III and IV acquisition projects from beginning (1987) to end (2003). Responsible for the acquisition and management of 256 parcels of land. Currently responsible for land management/disposal and contruction/access permits. Negotiator of Right-Of-Way land from 1993 to 1994 for the RTD Metro Area Connection (MAC) Light Rail Project, initially a 5.1 mile Denver area transitway. Transitway was expanded subsequently.
