Louisville Southern Indiana Ohio River Bridges (Value - $2.0B)Responsible for project master schedule creation and management. Creation and management of project earned value reporting system. Section Designer project controls coordination. Creation and management of CTS GEC team invoicing system to client.

TREX -CDOT Transportation Expansion Project on I-25 (Value - $1.2B)Closed out project controls system for design and developed and implemented the post design cost system. Developed and implemented the “Safety Certification Management System” for the projects Light Rail Transit design and construction.

TREX -CDOT Transportation Expansion Project on I-25 (Value - $1.2B)iPrasso senior manager onsite responsible for the management and administration of a nine member staff. Project Controls Manager for all TREX design with a value approaching $100M. Fully versed in all areas of creating and implementing an automated project controls system. Established the project controls rules/procedures for the design/build project. Managed the development of the integrated design/build schedule, cost reporting and program management earned value system. Designed, created and analyzed multi-level reporting which allowed for very early detection and mitigation of potential overruns in cost, potential schedule impacts, and identified discrepancies in inaccurate progress reporting. Prepared “what if” scenario packages and claims analysis. Created the interface for earned value progressing to the owner.

Managed a team of programmers working on various, moderate to large size/complexity, web based custom software solutions for high tech industry leaders such as Level (3) Communications and Kiewit Network Services. Utilized project controls background to both enhance our software products as well as manage the team’s productivity and the companies scheduled deliverables.

Level (3) Communications Intercity Build Project (Value $3.0+B)Key team member on the Long Haul portion of Level (3) Communications Intercity Build Project responsible for the development and utilization of a web based engineering procurement and construction (EPC) quantities and progress tracking database. Scheduling responsibilities included the development and maintenance of a program wide Primavera schedule.

CalTrans/TCA Eastern Transportation Corridor (Value $800M)Segment Engineer / Project Controls Engineer. As Project Controls Engineer, responsibilities included revenue loaded schedule creation and maintenance as well as development and utilization of the project billing system to invoice the owner. Project Engineer responsibilities included material procurement and direct interface to project drainage and grading superintendents. Additional duties included Segment field schedule creation and maintenance and management of subcontractor and vendor payment.
