Increasing shelf space when in store and introducing new products to store where applicable. Implementing planograms on various sections through out the stores,rectifying store book stocks in order to gain correct automatic orders.

2015- year of Ice cream and the Perfect city-Dublin. The perfect city project will see Dublin be painted red with HB Ice cream, I have been tasked to increase brand awareness and visibility for OOH (out of home) ice cream across all convienience channels in South Dublin covering some 800 outlets. I am achieving this by working with retailers to increase.

Fixed contract to cover the Leinster area promoting and selling Carrol's new 1st of its kind range of ham into supermarkets, also promoting at trade shows by doing samples and speaking to group buyers and educating them on the benefits and target market of the range.
