Red Goat Technologies offers solutions and services for project and performance management reporting. Our mission is to leverage our client’s existing data and enterprise management systems to improve performance and facilitate growth. Our company provides management Solutions as a Service for clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies and federal government agencies. Corporations and government are alike in their collection of large quantities of complex data, but the data is not always efficiently leveraged to manage the complicated portfolios that exist in the business world today. It’s especially challenging for various departments or divisions to view and share information in a format that’s understandable across disciplines. We recognized the need for clear, easily accessible solutions that create meaningful, actionable reporting and analytics. Our development team leveraged the Microsoft platform and created flexible, scalable solutions that augment existing management systems that most companies and government agencies already have in place. Red Goat’s solutions have been successfully tested and deployed on billion dollar plus contracts and several hundred million dollar IT portfolio initiatives.

At SM&A I have worked with Lockheed Martin on several proposals to Architect the PMO through the development of the WBS, IMP, IMS and OBS. In addition, I am the Associate manager of the DC Program Planning and Controls division of SM&A. I worked with the US State Department Global Compensation Division and created a dashboard to allow them to track their payroll operation, which is the largest of its kind in the world. I also am the lead Microsoft Office Integration tool developer for the SM&A Technology Services. In this role I identify process inefficiencies and increase efficiency through VBA Automation. I have developed several dozen tools which have saved my team and division hundreds of hours of tedious work.
